1. What these terms cover

Tesor is operated by Newads Technology Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong under company number 78542896, with its registered office at Flat/Rm A, 12/F, ZJ 300, 300 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the Tesor website, the Tesor apps and the Tesor browser extension as software and content, and they are an agreement between you and Newads Technology Limited.

Holding, sending, swapping and earning crypto in Tesor is covered by the User Agreement. If these terms and the User Agreement say different things about the service, the User Agreement applies.

2. Using the site and the apps

You may use the site, the apps and the extension for your own personal purposes. You may not copy or resell them, take them apart or reverse engineer them, collect data from them by automated means, or interfere with the way they work.

3. Information on the site

What you read on the site is general information, not investment, legal or tax advice. Rates, prices and amounts shown on the site are examples; the figures that apply to you are the ones shown in the app when you confirm an action. Screens shown on the site are illustrations and may differ from the current version of the app.

4. Downloads and other companies

The apps are distributed through app stores and browser stores, whose own terms also apply to you. The site may link to services run by other companies; we are not responsible for them.

5. Names and logos

The Tesor name, logo, design and software belong to us or to our licensors. Other names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners.

6. Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, the apps or the extension, and we do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the information on the site or from the site being unavailable. Our liability for the service itself is set out in the User Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes, law and contact
